Contractor for Universal Service Provisioning "USP"

CCMSB has been awarded the Universal Service Provisioning contract by Digi in 2006.  The objectives of the Universal Service Provision are twofold; firstly to provide collective access to basic telephony and secondly to provide individual access to basic telephony. The working concept is based on Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) either RCCBs for collective access and residential phone connected to Fixed Cellular Terminal for individual access. CCMSB, as the Project Manager provide all the experience and support in the areas of scheduling, integration, logistics and logistics planning, transportation and travel management, equipment delivery and acceptance, commissioning, status and other reporting requirements, hardware/software configuration.
